local pick up rules

•after getting the fulfillment email- you have 3 days to pick up. if you do not pick up within 3 days, you forfeit your item(s). i will not chase people down to pay shipping or come for their items.

 

•if you can not make it within 3 days, please email me la.micale@dwbhapparel.com to make other arrangements.

 

•please understand— some items are shipped in from an outside warehouse, they will not be ready for pick up same day or next day— after you order, they will ship to me for you to pick up. i will fulfill your order & you will get your email stating it’s ready for pick up.

 

•once your order is fulfilled— this means it is out for pick up in the box. please do not ring my doorbell/knock on my door. i’ll have a newborn in the next few months & do not want her disturbed randomly lol i have 2 dogs that go insane when anyone rings the doorbell or knocks on my door lolol

 

•the box will be open from 9a-9p every day. come at your convenience.

these rules will be ENFORCED— i am not trying to be mean lol it’s just important to have boundaries for this & it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE for me to keep track of everyone’s stuff & orders.
